Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us at 559-721-5927 or sandltruckbeds@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Defective or damaged items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
